By far this is the best graphics card I have used. Not had a single problem with this for the 5 months I have used it, Still works like new. Only negative to this card is the fact that it is rather large and will take up some of the space but really that isn't much of a problem. All games I've played on full settings has had no drop below 60 fps making smooth gameplay.

This card is awesome and unbelievably quiet! I swapped this for my Asus AMD 4890 and there is a massive performance difference at 1920x1080@60Hz (normal HD Television spec). All my games (e.g. Crysis 2, Battle Field 3, Alien Vs Predator) are smooth and run flawlessly on pretty max'd out settings.

However, I would advise if you are considering this card to ensure that your PC case has good air flow. This card has excellent heat dissipation, it is quiet and seems to pump heat out pretty quick, but not all of the air goes out the back. - If your case does have good air flow then this will not be a problem, a case with poor air flow could mean that this excess heat may get sucked into your CPU's fan and cause the CPU's temperature to rise.

Additionally, the 7.1 HDMI sound (transferred via the HDMI cable) is excellent and really allow games to 'come to life'. BIO-Shock 2 and Battle Field 3 are particularly good that this.

[PC Specification: Intel Quad Core @3.6GHz with 8GB Ram]

Great cooling for a great GPU, 7 Jun 2012

This GPU Runs much cooler then my reference 7970. The big plus for myself is that cooler means running the fans at lower speeds which means less noise.

Also, the overclocking seems to be better then my reference 7970. I have this DirectCu at 1125 without any voltage increase.

Only 3 slots, but I don't mind it much since it's sitting under my reference card, but 2 of these would not be possible with my motherboard!

Considering this isn't that much more expensive compared to the reference 7970, it's a good upgrade consider you get an upgraded PCB and cooler.

So in summary:

- Great cooling
- Custom VRM
- Great fan design
- Card is great for Eyefinity
- 3 slots
- Driver Support is from AMD (not ASUS fault)
- Not a good idea to cross fire these cards unless you plan to watercool but that would be pointless to pay the extra money for this card.

This card is exactly what I wanted. This card is built solid with larger fans for less noise and better performing cooling. My temps range between 28-51 C depending on the game and load (not overclocked)
