I like this. I like it a lot.

I spent a long time deliberating on a graphics card for my new rig and spent a much longer time staring at a EVGA jobbie.

But I settled on this one because I liked the name, I am familiar with the name, and I read a few reviews which brought the ability of EVGA to question, in particular the build quality and customer service. So I avoided that situation and went for the Gigabyte and so far it's been a really nice experience.

Company of Heroes is on full chat 1920x1200 26" monitor and is smooth as silk. Likewise Black n White 2 is also on full bomber full native res. Aye these may be older games but I like the RTS games and there seems to be more than enough power to deal with them on full settings. SimCity is my next purchase when it's released in March, and I have no worried this card will dispatch all graphical niceties with ease.

I'm not clued up enough to say this is great for this or that, and I'm damn sure it won't run Crysis or whatever other high-spec game that demands a £500 graphics card with dual SLI Titan whatevers, on anything near to ultramaxfullspeed. All I know is, on my i5 3.3, 16GB RAM machine, this card makes the games I enjoy smooth, detailed and a pleasure to look at.

If you are on a budget under £150, but want a card that is more than capable, this is well worth a look.

After upgrading from an old Geforce 9500GT the performance is well over excellent from what i was having with the old 9500GT. The card can run most games in full settings with no lagg and fits my needs.

After updating my display monitors to 2x24 inch, the video card upgrade was next. My old GTX 8800 (still running well after almost 5 years) was replaced by this one. Easy to install at half the size and runs quietly (and at half the temperature) and seriously outperforms my old 8800 and now gives me DirectX 11 too.

Running the latest games pretty much maxed-out and the level of display detail is truly astonishing.

Big bang for the buck. Highly recommend it.

Terrific piece of kit, I hadn't realised how noisy my old card was, until I fitted this one.
Very good value for the money.
