I mainly got the Graphics card upgrade from onboard 500mb graphics to 4Gb for Photo images, I am a semi skilled photographer
and also to play movies, I was NOT DISSAPOINTED. The images where crisp and clear the colours where bright and vivid and clear even on old black and white photographs, The movies where the same, old movies where a lot clear with HD sound you think you where in a cinema I was astounding by the quick rapid response and of this card.
simple to fit, put your hands on a cold radiator to expel static electricity from your body or static wrist strap or rubber gloves do not touch any electronics. find the 16e slot take out the blank strip on back of the computer so you can fit the bracket with the VGA, HDMI into the opening, now carefully take the protection cover off the segments and place it over the 16e line it up gently push one end in small way then the other end gently push down until it is slotted in tight and the either end the retaining clips put into place. Finally you require two retaining screws to hold the bracket down with a Philips screwdriver. Place the computer side panel back on, connect all the cables to the back and monitor VGA into the graphics card. and plug the sockets into the switches. Switch Monitor and computer on when signed in put the driver disc in. you may want to update the drivers on MSI website or if you have PCmatic this will automatically put drivers on when you scan the computer. You are ready to go if you play games then you may want to ticker on to improve the game experience.
PS you may want to upgrade the PSU to suitable wattage, and also you may want extra computer memory I upgraded from
4gb to 8gb because this card takes 2gb of onboard memory of course you have all the other applications using memory, so it is best to have a lot of spare memory at hand. Good Luck! I do not think you will be disappointed with this MSI GeForce GT630 Nvidia Graphics Card.

This was bought to replace a Nvidia 8600GT 1Gb that was running to warm. Note: It requires two rear slots, but only one PCI-E connection. Graphics are much better due to the faster clock and more shaders. The extra memory, 4GB, is useful for video editing. At first I thought there was a problem as the clock speed was lower than advertised, however, when there is little load on the card it runs at half speed, as soon as you "load" it up it switches to its rated output. I stress tested at 100% and the temp never went above 48C. Overall very pleased and I recommend this card for its value and performance.
