This arrived well packaged and earlier than expected- which was a pleasant surprise.
The card looks smart (not that you will see in the case- but it's still important) and most importantly for me, it takes it's power from the PCI-e slot. So, ignore the part about needing a 400 Watt power supply- my 305 Watt, bog-standard DELL PSU, handles it without any issues. Additionally, it comes with a VGA port- although the descriptions don't tell you, the other HD6670 cards come with a DVI to VGA adaptor.
Fitting was easy- uninstall any existing drivers/catalyst control centre, go in and uninstall the existing graphics card using the Hardware Manager then delete the ATI folder in the root of the hard-drive.
Opened the casing and it simply required the clip at the back of the PC undoing and then moving the retaining clip on the PCI-e slot and the old X600 card just slid out. The new card slotted in neatly (although, the casing for the Processor Cooler is just touching the casing for the GPU cooler. Doesn't affect it's operation however.)
Installing the drivers with the accompanying CD is easy- and it makes 100% sure that the HDMI audio driver is installed properly: people have had problems downloading the latest drivers and using them rather than the CD to set it up. I just updated the drivers to the latest versions afterwards.
In operation I actually get more noise out of the PSU and CPU fans!
As for the improvement in Graphics- I wasn't expecting to be blown away it's not an all singing, all dancing card. But, it handles Crysis ramping the graphics up considerably from my old card. It also runs Crysis 2 at 1024 by 768 with only the odd slow-down.
All in all, if you are looking to upgrade an older graphics card and don't want to go to the trouble/expense of upgrading the PSU as well, then this is a perfect buy.

Updated the driver from the AMD website. Windows experience index is now up to maximum. The only problem was a smaller desktop (black bands all round) with an hdmi connection. This was sorted out by finding the answer on the web and changing the scaling to 0 in the Catalyst control centre (Right click desktop and open Catalyst Control Centre; enter scaling in the search box which will open another window and move the slider to the right = 0). Problem solved. So far so good.

When I first purchased this graphics card, I expected *some* better performance - but this is phenomenal! I own an Acer Inspire X1930, and have never modified the computer prior to this purchase. I used to struggle playing Star Wars: The Old Republic on 'low' graphic settings (cutscenes would lag a little and rapid action in cutscenes would blur), but now I can play the game on 'Very High' (maximum) settings without ANY hindrance!
