I had a few games that weren't too good on my integrated Radeon HD 3100, Athlon Dual Core with 2GB RAM and this card made a noticeable difference. For example, Mafia II went from a windowed slidehow to a nice little mover on low settings at 1024 res. The card is more powerful than it looks. I wonder what else it can do.

A powerful card for such a low price. I purchased this card as a spare / back-up just in case i have no primary graphics card, for example if i sold my previous card to upgrade to a new one. Worked right out of the box with no trouble at all and runs games such as Left 4 Dead at a satisfactory performance level. If your looking for a card as a spare or backup or you are on a really tight budget, then this will do just the job.
