This graphics card is a brilliant choice if you want to be able to run every game on full settings (ultra) on 1080p.
Every game i play is now on full settings on my 1920x1080 monitor, i've had no problems with it, and it was definately worth the £150 i paid for it.
Also, many people say nvidia are better at graphics cards, this is not the case. 3 of my friends have intel chips with nvidia graphics cards, where as i have an amd chip and this graphics card and i can still run all the games they can at the same specs but i'll get a higher fps or the same fps. Considering my friend's setup cost about £800 and mine cost £600 i think it's fair to say that i have a computer with the same performance at a cheaper price.
I'd seriously reccomend this to anyone buying/upgrading a computer who wants to play high end games on it.

I've overclocked it to 975mhz core clock and 1300mhz memory clock. I bought this card before realising that there is a £30 cheaper version, which is factory over-clocked, and can be pumped up a fair bit from there.
Amazon were great; they advised me to refuse the order of the new shape standard card, with the 2 mini-ports (This, the Sapphire 11200-07-20G Graphics Card (2GB HD7850, GDDR5)) and order the older shape, x2 DVI x2 HDMI but superior in every other way Factory OC Edition ( Sapphire 11200-14-20G OC Sapphire Card (2GB, HD7850, GDDR5).
Less a review, more a tale of experience to save others. The two cards only difference on Amazon is the two letters 'OC'. Other than that the details are exactly the same. I didn't notice it, and I would like to save others.
Physically the only difference is this new model has mini ports, and a slightly rounded shape. I would recommend paying £30 less for the far superior factory over-clocked edition, unless you are jonesing for mini ports, in which case probably the MSi card is more for you.

awesome card, i have overclocked mine by 50% which means my card is surpassing the 7950 and is near 7970 speeds almost. stays really cool and quiet and rips through every game i have thrown at it. skyrim, bf3, f1 2012, left for dead, the walking dead, gta iv. has never missed a beat

awesome graphics card plays every game maxed out at full hd would buy again in a sec.it recommends a 500 watt power pack but I have it running on 450 watt power supply with 8 gig ddr3 and intel i3 pro and I can play crisis 3, max payne 3, far cry 3, tomb raider, all in full hd full whack. as for noise what noise there is none ,if you batter fan up to 100 % it sounds like jet engine but if you leave it on auto like me then it runs at desktop at 30% which dosent make a noise gammin wise playin crisis 3 maxed out it runs at 40% never gets above 55 temp wise and its still silent . great don't waste extra on NVidia all games out nowadays r amd ati.

This graphics card came quicker then expected open the box got everything out, even comes with a VGA-dvi, put into my new gaming computer.(Use an anti static wrist band novices out there, £3 is nothing compared to £150).Found the driver and installed it, works a treat FPS are through THE ROOF! can handle everything so far on high settings! Over clocking is easy and im getting 1000 core clock, but my computer is pretty loud due to my number of fans nearly at full blast and a i5 overclocked but the fans on it seem good as when i stop over clocking it so much and turn fans down i cant hear it!
BE AWARE this isn't the overclocked version, as at first I wasn't sure.

Very good item, i have an i3 with the 7850 and it can play most games maxed out on ultra, 1080p (on bf3 i have to but the graphics settings on high but i can't notice any difference between ultra and high). This card is VERY easy to overclock, i managed to get my core clock to: 1075 and my memory clock to: 1375 without changing the voltage! It out performs the 7870 with this overclock by far. I would recommend this GPU for mid-high end gaming PC. 5*
