This card was ordered to get the best out of Microsofts FSX Flight simulator programs and it has delivered beautifully.
My on board graphics although capable of running FSX did tend to run at the lower limits of what the program is capable of so I decided to upgrade. -I wanted a card with a VGA output in addition to the normal DVI connectors so that I could switch my 2nd (VGA) monitor between my gaming computer and a second screen for the main PC by using a VGA switch box. The card is easy to install, you just plug it in, no extra power connectors to route or provide, and the setup is quite straight forward. I installed the supplied drivers (on a CD) and then upgraded them via the card makers website but you can skip the cd and just download the drivers if you want to.
The frame rates of all my games were immediately noticeably better, the games seemed to gain mew life and I now find myself playing games that I have not played for some time because of the limitations of the old on board graphics.
Its worth mentioning here that I also upgraded my PCs PSU to use with this card, -if you have an OEM computer bought from a high street store or indeed any PC ready built , then its worth checking that your installed PSU will handle the extra demands of a graphics card. I was quite surprised to learn that my main PC had a 250W supply and the gaming PC had a 300W unit fitted so immediately purchased an uprated 500W PSU to use with this card. The main PC`s 250W supply is pifflingly small in PC terms and is slated for an upgrade too as I may well be purchasing another of these cards for use in it as well.
The supplier gets top marks too, as the first card I received had no output and was returned, - no fuss, no bother, they arranged pick up of the faulty unit and dispatched a new one, keeping me well informed of the situation when e-mailed.

Upgraded from a GT320 1GB Card and the improvement is excellent.
Okay, it's not going to set the world on fire but it can handle most of the new games out at reasonable resolutions (I tend to use 1280x720 and full detail).
Plays latest games like Grid 2, Guild Wars 2, Battlefield 3 etc well on high settings but don't expect to be playing in 1920x1080 with full detail and AA etc.
Card is a little noisy on the fan but performs well and a decent temperature. Software supplied has a native overclocking tool which allows you to tweak the card a little within safe margins. A nice touch.
Card is well built and for less than £40 you can't argue.
Consider buying a decent wattage power supply. I run a 500w supply and I feel the card could perform more but then, for the price, buying a new PSU shouldn't bring too many tears to your eyes!
