I needed a better graphics card as my Intel HD onboard was not up to the challenge of many games.

Having a Lenovo H330 with a slim case, this does not leave many options as there is not enough space for a full size card.

I bought this graphics card as it is a low profile card - slim enough to fit the case and also without a large fan, as there is very little room either above or below the single spare PCI-e slot on the motherboard. In fact, it has no fan at all (hence silent).

The card fit in easily (no problems at all with the card) although the case had to be modified to allow access to the VGA port. This was only due to lack of space inside the case.

Install was extremely easy - card just slots into the motherboard as you would expect. I did not use the included CD but got the latest drivers direct from the AMD web-site. The Catalyst software allows you to tailor the card settings (and screen resolution/position) without too much trouble.

Results - the card makes gaming a far more pleasurable experience. The jerkiness of certain games has been removed, and I can run more modern games on slightly higher settings.

Do not expect to be running on HIGH settings - it will not handle these, but if you are looking for a simple to fit solution for a slim case then this is a great choice and an excellent price point (I paid £25).

Games tested with noticeable improvement:

XCOM Enemy Unknown - massive improvement on frame rate. Makes game much more enjoyable.
FEAR3 - noticeable improvement.
Lego: LOTR - Game was virtually unplayable previously - now runs fine.
Portal2 - Big improvement in frame rate and can run at slightly higher settings.

Overall - very pleased. Once you get past the tricky fitting (not the cards fault - but just thought i would flag this up to anyone in a similar situation) it is a very good purchase.
