Bought to upgrade my son's PC as his old card was not sufficient for some of the newer games. This performs excellently at all the highest settings

Bought this card to upgrade from a GeForce 8800gt.which was too slow to play far cry 3 on very high settings.
Now with this card everything is on very high and no lag.
If your power supply is 450w or above ,with 18amps minimum on the 12v rail.it will fly.
The gtx650 uses less current, is quieter, and on a G3D mark performance test gone from 762 marks on the 8800gt to 1817 on the gtx650.
so if running on very high settings is what you want. For the price .You want to definately look at
putting this on your shortlist.
P.S. software installation was a piece of cake with the c.d. provided.

This card has been amazing for me.

I should say that this is my first graphics card, so my views may be a bit skewed, but this card performs really well. I have a normal computer (HP P6 20-35) with no intention of getting into PC gaming when I first bought it, but shelling out an extra 30 quid to what I wanted to spend to get this was a very good call.

This card runs Battlefield 3, Bioshock infinite and others in 1080p at 60 frames on between mid-high and 45 on high-ultra EVEN ON MY S***TY POWER SUPPLY and basic pc components.
Also very easy to install although I did have to buy an adapter: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Startech-Power-6-Pin-Express-Adapter/dp/B007Y91B80

Although worth noting its length ans size (It's rather large) look up youtube reviews to check It'll fit your case

I would recomend the graphics card to anyone that is planning to build a mid range gaming pc. its currently running 60+ frame rate on guild wars 2.....

[...]
This GPU goes really well with an ASUS Mobo, and with corsair products.
The only downside to this GPU is the length of it. abit fidgity to fit into the case.
