GPU upgraded to 1Ghz Clock Speed, it is very silent, and has great performance. I'm waiting for a better price to buy the second one for a cross-fire solution.

When looking for a GPU I wanted one that would give me 60FPS in game and the highest settings and so far the 7950 hasn't disappointed.

In Tomb Raider, I needed to turn off the 'realistic hair' in order to achieve 60FPS, otherwise it played at the still great frame rate of 52FPS.

Gigabyte offer the best deal for the 7950 in my opinion and the three blade Windforce cooler is relatively quiet and great at cooling (I never go above 60 degrees celcius whilst gaming)

Cheapest and best cooler make this one a no brainer for me.

When I first installed this card, I couldn't wait to try it out, so I installed crysis bringing up the graphics settings to the highest. I have to say that it dealt with the game without breaking a sweat... with my new i5 and new motherboard installed with PCI 3.0 it was stuck at 60 FPS. After using the card for a while I decided to have a go at overclocking it in MSI Afterburner; I pushed the core clock up to 1100 MHz, the memory clock at 1575 MHz, although I had to increase the Mv upto 1250 I still got a slight performance increase! If you want some serious power, get four of these in Crossfire, it will eat any game up, it will get to the point where models of the i7 range bottle neck the cards. Overclocking all 4 cards will set the world on fire quite literally, although you'd probably only use the four cards for benchmarking, nothing else. Overall it is a fantastic card, I think the GTX 670 is slightly more powerful than this when it is at it's standard core and memory clock, but still I think this card is fantastic value for money considering the performance from the card, after overclocking you'll be over a standard 7970's performance, so I can't complain.
