Our kid has a bit of an old PC, but rather than pay for an entire new one, I thought I'd buy a new graphics card to replace the motherboard on-board one that was barely OK for most games. He has a mini-tx case though so the card had to be low-profile. This fits the bill, is nearly silent, and now lets him blast baddies at nearly full res all day while I read the paper.
