Got it for my mum's Dell Vostro 220s. The scoring by windows 7 was 3.3 without the card. Video being the weakest part of the test. The next lowest score was 4.4 - RAM.
As she had DVI connector on her quite good Dell monitor, i thought of cheap and cheerfuller upgrade. Also releasing some power from main processor.
This card immediately increased the scoring to 4.2. DVI port on the monitor was utilized. Video quality improved. Machine became more responsive and a bit quicker. I did not do proper testing as no games will be runned on mu Mum's PC, but she likes to play with Photo Shop, so this video card should help a bit.
Reasonably quite for a fan cooled Video card. Made a difference to the PC performance.

Being a budget card I wasn't expecting the earth, but this is a great card. Clear and crisp and doesn't seem to struggle driving 2 full HD monitors. I don't use for intensive gaming or anything, but at low > medium graphics load, it doesn't seem to miss a beat.
It seems to play well with all OS's I have installed (Windows 8, Ubuntu and Opensuse). Would definitely recommend as an upgrade to on board graphics.
