I brought this card to go in a DELL 660s mini tower PC, It works perfectly with out any power supply upgrades, as it only draws 55 watts of power, the DELL has a 220 watt power supply. I have been playing Bioshock infinite in 1080p on mediuim settings.

Being a bit of a veteran PC gamer, I've seen and bought plenty of so-called 'gaming' graphics cards over the years and this one ranks among the best I've ever bought in more ways than one.
To put into perspective just how good this card is, I previously owned 2 x ATI X1950 XTX graphics cards that ran in crossfire on one of my gaming rigs only a few years ago. These cards were like house bricks, required external power connections and made a jet airliner sound tranquil when they were at full pelt. This card is not only leagues ahead of the combined performance of my old X1950 XTX cards but is also whisper quiet at the same time, WITHOUT requiring external power and without causing my electric meter to go nuts! It's also streets ahead of the most recent graphics card I've had up to press - a Radeon HD 5670. This sort of performance is truly unbelievable for a card this small, quiet and efficient, even at reference / stock speeds.
I won't lie, this isn't the most powerful GPU that money can buy and for the same money, you could in fact buy a HD 7770 which is, most of the time, a much faster card than the 7750. Having said that, if you're after the most powerful GPU that money can buy for a small form factor (SFF) PC then look no further than this one from Sapphire. Even at resolutions as high as 1920 x 1200 (the native resolution of my monitor) this card is capable of pushing very playable and, depending on the game, fluid frame rates.
For anyone who's wondering how small this card really is, I installed it into a Dell Optiplex 755 SFF PC which I plan to use as a HTPC in the living room. The card I replaced in this system was a Radeon HD 2400 Pro and when I offered this up to the HD 7750, the cards looked identical in terms of dimensions which meant it was extremely easy to fit. Again, it's amazing to think that a card this small can be so much more powerful than a relatively weak card such as the HD 2400 Pro. It should also be noted that this particular Dell model only has a 275W PSU and supposedly can only accommodate a PCIe card running no higher than 25W. Considering the spec - a Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4Gb RAM, 1TB HDD and a slimline DVD/RW drive, the HD 7750 poses no problems for the PSU or motherboard whatsoever, even under load from both the CPU AND GPU.
Of the other reviews I've read on this card, no one seems to mention how good this card is at hardware decoding, particularly where blu-ray playback is concerned. The quality of the HD 2400 Pro was just about acceptable but not stunning by any definition of the word. In stark contrast, the quality of the HD 7750 is every bit as good as watching it on a quality HDTV through a dedicated blu-ray player, I couldn't believe the difference. As one of the main tasks of this card will be for watching films and videos, including blu-ray and DVD, I am most impressed. It was worth the money just for the quality in this aspect alone.
It should also be noted that this card is capable of pushing both video AND audio through the HDMI port on the back of the card. This is exceptionally useful as not only can it provide audio but also up to 7.1 surround sound too. On a relatively old PC such as the Dell that this card is installed in, it provides several upgrades in one card as the Dell itself can only provide a single stereo output jack from on-board sound. In reality, this means I can hook this card directly into a home theatre sound system via HDMI, whilst providing a compatible connection with my HDTV (including 3D support from the card didn't you know?)
To sum this review up, this card really does deliver on all fronts. For a SFF PC (including mini-ITX cases, as stated on the product packaging) there really is no better card out there at the time of writing.

I have a small Acer aspire PC with 8gb RAM but poor intergrated graphics, and as i am a casual gamer, i wanted to improve these. I went to my local PC hardware store in which i got told i couldn't find a card that would fit in my case and run games to a high quality level. However, i ran across this reasonably priced card which doesn't boast about it's gaming performance but it's low profile look.
I couldn't be happier with this product. It was simple to install into my system, and it's almost silent with no overheating,
In terms of gaming quality, i believe unless you're a true gaming fanatic, there is no need to go for the big money cards. I currently play Far cry 3 on high settings with the FPS rarely dropping below 40. This is the same with games such as SWOR and crysis (fps drops below 40 occaisonly). It rivals my PS3!
There is also a standard size bracket so it can be installed in a larger case if needed.
So small yet so powerful!
